The punishment for brandishing/wielding/carrying a Low-Grade weapon is; $1,500-$2,000 Fine, Confescation, Criminal record.

The punishment for brandishing/wielding/carrying a Mid-Grade
weapon is; $2,800-$4,500 Fine, Confescation, Criminal record, Arrest.


The punishment for brandishing/wielding/carrying a High-Grade
weapon is; $5,000-$12,000 Fine, Confescation, Criminal record, Arrest


The punishment for brandishing/wielding/carrying a Very High-Grade
weapon is; $13,000-$25,000 Fine, Confescation, Criminal record, Arrest(Which will carry a life sentance). ((PK/CK))

Firearms: Distribution

Distribution of a Concealable weapon (i.e; Glock) is considered legal with a permit, and license, however illegal without.

Distribution of a firearm 13 inches or longer and semi-automatic (County Rifle & Shotgun) is considered Legal whether or not you have a permit, or license.

Only registered businesses (gun shops) may distribute firearms and carry the following security measures

Firearms: Usage & Licensing

Certain firearms and drugs are allowed, although some are illegal, by carrying illegal weapons you are putting yourself, civilians, and children in harms way, if you are seen brandishing LEGAL firearms in public, it is still considered an offense, your license may be revoked and a heavy fine may follow if you do this.

he Shotgun is to be used as self defense if only you and or a relative are in harms way, in your own home.
To brandish, or wield a knife in public is considered highley illegal, knives are not toys.

Semi-Automatic weapons longer than 13 Inches do not need to have a license or permit, however, even if they are illegal, the brandishing and use of these guns in public is a criminal offense.

All perscribed drugs, perscribed by a legal, qualified doctor are Legal, any other state enducing drug apart from Perscribed, are considered illegal, you may face a criminal record of you're seen with it.
