Agreement: I  agree to the court of San Andreas' terms in which all decisions made in this court will be in accordance to the small claims limitations, and also be in the hands of the Chief Justice His Self. I also agree that no attempts of contempt, perjury, or lack of fairness will have my end of the case be thrown out.
I also agree that if any settlements are made out of court, I am require to make a 15% penalty in that settlement value (be in cash, taken from all gains in property and money, taken from either side's gain in the settlement, not just the defense) to the courts for the waste in time and resources made.
I finally agree that any criminal charges brought up in this hearing (Under the decision of the presiding Judge) be handed over to the LSPD/FBI for filing under a separate, irrelevant case.
